Ban Appeal Rules & Guidelines

Rules ( Must Read )

    There are some rules that you must follow and know. If you fail to apply these rules your ban appeal will be denied.

    1. If you hacked on the server and you know it, Do not make a ban appeal. It would be a waste of time.
    2. We do not unban hackers in any cost.
    3. Do not PM admins about your ban appeal. We will not check your ban appeal if you PM admins about it.
    4. You will have to be patient about your ban appeal. We check the bans everyday. It might take some time to get it solved. Maximum time is 2 days so be patient.
    5. After making a ban appeal do not bump it ever. Just wait patiently about it.
    6. Make a valid ban appeal and explain your ban appeal in the maximum way you can.
    7. Do not flame here. Flaming will cause severe punishment for you. Be calm and mature about it.
    8. If you are banned, do not make more than one ban appeal. Just make one ban appeal and we will check it. Making more than one ban appeal will cause more trouble for you.
    9. Remember that you are innocent until PROVEN GUILTY within the Justice of this Server.
    10. A Ban Appeal DOESN'T MEAN it is a free ticket to a unban your account. You may be unbanned, but you will still get a punishment like a stats reduce.
    11. Do not post in TOPICS that are not RELATED TO YOU! Related to you means: Banned person, staff person, the one who reported. Anyone else will get a forum warn if he breaks this rule: DO NOT post here. You are only allowed to post in a ban appeal to post a relevant proof. Is NOT considered as a "relevant proof" things like "I know him", "I trust him", "he'd never do that", "he's my clan member I know he wouldn't do anything bad", or screenshots/videos that show nothing relevant.
    12. We do not remove bans that occured more than 1 month before the date you appeal. We estimate that when you really want to be unbanned, you do it quickly, and that not doing it just shows your "care" about it. Also keep in mind that our staff members need to keep proofs of their bans, but that due to technical reasons they can't keep them forever.

If you feel you've been banned incorrectly or are due an unban, then this is the section you are required to be in. Your accounts will remain banned if you have clearly failed to follow the community rules. A Staff Member will only place a ban onto an account if they are sure the owner of that account has breached a rule in some way. From time to time, a mistake can happen but that'll be discussed upon you appealing to the banning staff member.

You are responsible for your account at all times, meaning giving your password out to another person or account sharing with someone could lead to you becoming banned from the Community and not being allowed to return.

Ban Appeals Posting Format

The topic title of your appeal should be:
Reason - Your Name - Banned by [ ADMIN NAME]

For Example : SuperMan - Oats Banned By QuickGold

    Please Help me unban me now i want to play now - This is a bad Example of Posting a ban appeal , If you dont follow the Instructions your ban will decrease your chances to unbanned

Here is a simple explanation about posting a screenshot of your GTA:SA folder for the people who don't know.
It's easy, just follow the steps below;

1) Go to; My computer 》 System(C:) 》 Program Files 》 Rockstar Games 》GTA San Andreas. That is the place where all of your game data and other stuff are.

2) When you finished the first step and opened GTA:SA folder, press Print Screen (SysqR) button on your keyboard. If you do not know where it is, have a look at the picture below (button in a bolded red rectangle is PrintScreen)


3) Once you have pressed PrintScreen button, you will need to visit "Paint" or "Photoshop", I will show you via Paint, because not all of you have Photoshop installed on your PC, so here we go.

-If you have Windows XP, press "Edit" button at the left corner (above paint options, besides "File"), and after the menu shows, press "Paste". Your image will appear, all you need to do is just to crop it to be the size as the Paint's field is. Then save the file somewhere you want.

-If you have Windows 7 etc, just press "File" and "paste", crop that picture to be the same size as Paint's field and save it, nothing much different than XP.

4) After you saved the image, you will need to upload it on http://imgur.com.


Step 1. Click the upload photos button.

Then, a window will open. Navigate to select the screenshot from the location you saved it - And press OPEN.

Step 2. Click the Start Upload button - and wait for the pic to upload.


Step 3. Once the pic is uploaded, copy this and paste to your ban appeal post


That's all.

People who are allowed to post in a ban appeal topic are as follows
● Person who got banned
● Administrator who banned the person
● Lvl 4+ Administrator can post in any topic they want.

But if you have proofs against the guy who got banned, you are allowed to post otherwise you are not.

| Server Rules & Punishments |


Heavy Offenses

Hacking - Using any kind of software that gives advantage over other players (I.E Speed,health,armor hacks)
Consequences:
- Permanent Ban

Server Advertising - Advertising any other samp servers within the forums or in-game, calling them to play another server.
Consequences:
- Permanent Ban

Account Sharing - Sharing your account to your close friends/relatives or anyone else (your account is the MW3's Community property, you are the only user of your account and no one should be using it)
Consequences:
- Account removal (Administrators choice with a high leveled Administrator's approval)
- Permanent Ban


Ban Evading - Creating another account while the main account or alternative account is banned, you should make a ban appeal instead.
Consequences:
- Ban

Faking evidence - Providing/showing to someone/admin a fake screenshot,video or anything that can get someone punished or to get refunded with the provided fake evidence.
Consequences:
- Permanent Ban
- Full account reset


Medium Offenses

Administrator Impersonation - Acting as an admin(when you're not) to scare players or for any other reasons
Consequences:
- Ban

Car parking - Parking your vehicle on the player model and letting him die
Consequences:
- Warning
- Kick
- Jail (30-90 Minutes)

Baseraiding(DISABLED) - Going on with heavy vehicles to someone's team base and shooting them to death (I.E Hunter/Rhino etc..)
Consequences:
- Warn
- Kick
- Jail (30-90 Minutes)

Trolling - Typically unleashing one or more cynical or sarcastic remarks on an innocent by stander (if it's continues)
Consequences:
- Warn
- Kick
- Jail (30-90 Minutes)

Lying to Staff Team Members (Admins/Moderators) - Lying yourself out of punishment or supporting someone for them to avoid getting punished or anything else that is important and making a lie out of it - not speaking the truth
Consequences:
- Jail (30-90 Minutes)

Team Killing - If you are able to team kill somehow do not do, unless you're spy
Consequences:
- Jail (30-60 Minutes)

Exploiting/Abusing bugs Using any kind of advantages that is related to taking advantage over other players (G abuse, ninja jacking)
Consequences:
- Jail (60-90 Minutes)
- Ban

C-Bug - Abusing to avoid reload animation or to shoot rapidly (
Consequences:
- Warn
- Jail (30-60 Minutes)

Alt-Tabbing at the capture point/to avoid death - Pressing ESC or going to check another browser to avoid getting killed
Consequences:
- Kick
- Jail (30-60 Minutes)

Score Farming - Making another account or asking someone to help you gain score un-legitimately, you must earn that score legit by killing, capturing and other possible ways
Consequences:
- 70% Score removal of total score
- Jail (30-60 Minutes)
- Ban

Disrespecting Players/Administrators - Disrespecting Players/Admins is not nice at all, always be polite, no one deserves to be disrespected.
Consequences:
- Warn
- Mute (3 hours)
- Jail (30-60 Minutes)


Light Offenses

Report/helpme abuse - Constantly reporting or using helpme when not needed or to create a discussion, conversation or anything that is out of context of asking for help, those CMDs are only for assisting purposes.
Consequences:
- Warn
- Kick
- Jail if continued (30 Minutes)

Spamming/flooding the chat - Spamming the chat or flooding is very annoying and is disturbing the game play, try to be polite when you're using chat box and avoid spamming/flooding.
Consequences:
- Warn
- Kick
- Jail if continued (30-60 Minutes)

Avoiding Administrator - Avoiding Administrator (logging off/doesn't speak when teleported or frozen) if he is attempting to have a conversation with you regarding of something that is related to rule breaking or anything that has a warrant to
Consequences:
- Kick
- Jail (30-60 Minutes)

Faking clan tag - Using someone's clans name in front of after your name when not in clan (clan must be official for this rule to apply) - If you don't have enough money, then gather as soon as you can and change your name.
Consequences:
- Verbal Warning
- Warning
- Kick
- Jail (15-30 Minutes)

False report - Posting several times the same report which is false
Consequences:
- Verbal Warning
- Warn
- Kick

Interfering Administrator Duties - Sticking your nose to the duties that Administrator does when you're not supposed to.
Consequences:
- Warn
- Kick
- Mute (3 hours)
- Jail (30-60 Minutes)

Disturbing Administrator while on duty - Do not disturb administrators who are on duty by shooting,ramming and other possibile ways
Consequences:
- Warn
- Kick
- Jail (30 Minutes)
