Accepted Applications / Jobs Staff Application

- Reason for Applying: First of All, I was never been an admin in other servers and also I have been apart of the MW3 Community for one and half year for now, but I always make new accounts and I give my former accounts to my friends, but this account is for real I will promise that, and I have dedicated many hours into it. Why I would like to become an admin because I want to help good people like newbies and I want to ban hackers. I'm honest at my work and I'm not a backstabber. I can help admins. I can teach the rookies to anything they need, also I can tell them some tips, so they will get more fun and I can help peoples for their needs and y increasing the player count by busting/banning the hackers, helping the newbies to play this server. I am really sick of the amount of cheaters in the servers especially in dead time zones, I could help in clearing them out. I know how things work in the staff, been one like a year ago. I know how to do the duty properly. I am not a backstabber, I can be trusted. I have the ability to kick players who are bugged etc. and ban hackers or cheaters. I really feel that I have been helpful towards the community if I get hired, I'll serve this community for a long time. I am regular here. .I think I know what the players need, and I believe I am able to give them.Which is, providing a pleasant gaming environment, a place where they can forget their problems. I, as well, want to train newbie staff members (if I ever become an admin of course) so that they'll be able to do their duty better, and there would be less confrontations between the staff and players. I've found a passion in helping people. I find it a rewarding experience and enjoy doing it. With the rank of administrator and the ability to use some admin commands, I can help more players in a more efficient way. Basically, I find this position extremely interesting and motivating, I am more interested in other people and helping them. I can try my best to help them as I like helping people a lot. I have knowledge of most of the hacks which are popularly used in SAMP and so I can help admins and my fellow operators in busting the hackers/rule-breakers. I also want to be a role model for other players that are new. Also i'm sure that i could be a great addition to the MW3 community staff and help other staff to develop the server in my own creative ways, also I'm familiar of all the staff basics and rules/commands and I know when to use the proper commands, I'll try to make less mistakes as possible in any field, Helping others is a brilliant way to assist in server development for the future, being known as an Staff shows that you have basic understanding about the server and are willing to help the server expand to an even higher standard then it currently has. I also think I would be a helpful addition to the team because their aren't many admins in my time zone, and with me being able to assist them would defiantly help them. Currently there are a great staff members but sometimes they can't always be in game, with the addition of me, there would always be at least one staff member on and maybe two, to help spread the work load. I'm a sa-mp player from about 2012 and I'm doing my best to play fair like no cheating or hacking, I've never try cheats or hacks in this server or other servers, and I make sure everyone experiences fair and fun game-play, I am a little bit serious player and I’ll help players for their commands, and I'm doing my best to give all their needs. I’ll check upon everybody who needs it, I am a friendly, sociable, modest, funny and very talkative guy. I like to cook my bag where they belong. We highly developed sense of humor, but do not exaggerate. I love to interact verbally, I like to discover and try new challenges and new things I really like to work in a team making my new friends. I love to help people with everything I can. We conduct worthy of a collective respectful and know how to behave in any critical situation. I love to travel and go to different camps / excursions. Especially on new players who don’t even know what to do after register in the server also help the players from /cmds can solve problems looking for the correct information, and I can bring more fun to this great server, and I also help newbie players to tell read /rules. If I become an admin again, I would check every report and I would answer every question. The same reason why almost everyone wants to become an admin to help out the server, punish the rule-breakers and such reasons. I don't have specific reason, but I would appreciate if I'm a member of the staff. I've read every rule about the server. Also I'm a very mature guy and I know how have to be my attitude with the players being an administrator / moderator. My behavior is good and I know how to handle with rule-breakers. I think that's all for now.
